"5-Star Review (for Nick) I want to give a huge shout-out to Nick, who has been absolutely amazing throughout my entire experience with this insurance office. He has consistently gone above and beyond to help me with any concerns I’ve had regarding my policy. Whenever I reached out to him, he was responsive, thorough, and genuinely cared about resolving any issues I was facing. His customer service has truly been exceptional, and I’m incredibly grateful for all his help. However, my experience with the rest of the staff has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I called multiple times seeking answers on my bill breakdown and other concerns, but I was constantly promised follow-ups that never came. The worst of it was when I reached out and asked to speak to someone directly, only for Braden Dye to email me, stating he was going on lunch and that he’d get back to me—he never did. That’s right, instead of offering support or actually calling me, he just sent a brief, impersonal email and left me hanging. Because of the lack of follow-up from the team, my policy ended up getting canceled—something that could have been avoided if I had received the help I needed. It wasn’t until I finally got in touch with Nick that everything was squared away. He was the only one who took the time to address my concerns and get everything back on track. While I’m thankful for Nick’s incredible help, I’m deeply frustrated with the negligence from the other staff members, especially Braden. The lack of professionalism and follow-through is unacceptable, and it nearly cost me my policy. Nick is the only reason I’m giving this review any positive feedback, and I hope he is recognized for his hard work and dedication."

"This business used to fully have my trust but it seems the former management has moved on. I’ve had multiple conversations about removing a vehicle from my policy and they have taken no notes on it to confirm my end of the story so they told me it’s my problem essentially. My premiums have increased over $60 a month in the last year despite being a client over a decade and placing a single claim in that time. I really used to love this place but it seems the quality has gone downhill and they aren’t interested in treating long term clientele well."

Notes on customers are reviewed daily to make sure they are accurate and the proper action was taken. In your situation, we were not able to find a conversation that you were referring to. "The Springfield office wasn't helpful at all. Called the Peoria office and the lady there answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I'm considering switching to another agent."
